5/12/2018 - Minnesota made the long journey to Philadelphia this weekend to compete at the 80th annual Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta --the largest collegiate regatta in North America. A solid effort was made by all against the host crews, Temple University and St. Joseph University, along with all the other 100 schools and 3,500 rowers involved in the event. Racing kicked off the morning of May 11th for two days of great racing on the Schuylkill River with Minnesota Men’s Rowing entered in the Men’s Varsity Lightweight 4+, Men’s Varsity Heavyweight 8+, Men’s Novice/Frosh 4+, and Men’s Novice/Frosh 8+. Finals commenced on Saturday, May 12th.
