The team will head to Lake Lanier, GA for a week of intense training on the water. This is where the team will begin to select the crews that will start the spring campaign. Lake Lanier was the site of the 1996 Olympic Games and has a buoyed course, as well as miles of flat water for training. On the last day of camp, we typically scrimmage the other teams that are also training at Lake Lanier for our first taste of speed.
